KTEH Antiques Roadshow Ticket Contest Rules
Submission of Entries
Contest entries only accepted via an e-mail message to roadshowtickets@KTEH.org. Contest entries must contain your guess as to the identity of the current week's item, your name, address, and phone number. Only one entry per person will be accepted for each new item.
Eligibility
Submissions are limited to residents of California aged 18 years or older. Employees of Northern California Public Broadcasting and The Computer History Museum (and those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this sweepstakes, including their advertising and promotion agencies and each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees and representatives and any other person/entity associated with the sweepstakes and their immediate families and members of their same households) are ineligible.
Winner is responsible for payment of all tax obligations. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
Deadline
All entries must be received no later than midnight Pacific time on the Friday of the week the photograph of the item whose identity you are guessing was posted. For example, the first photograph will be posted June 29, 2009. Your entry with respect to the item in that photograph must be received by Midnight July 3, 2009. A second photograph will be posted July 6, 2009. Your entry with respect to the item in that second photograph must be received by Midnight July 10, 2009 and so on. KTEH is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries.
Judging and Notification
15 winners will be selected from the pool of correct answers (as determined solely by KTEH and The Computer History Museum) in a random drawing to be held on Monday, August 10, 2009. The drawing will be conducted by KTEH staff. Winners will be announced on the Web site http://www.kteh.org and will be notified by telephone and/or email. If a potential winner cannot be reached after 48 hours from the first notification attempt, if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Permission
Winners grant to KTEH the right to use their name, likeness and biographical information in connection with the contest and warrant that the information supplied is correct. By entering, entrants affirm their compliance with these Contest Rules including all eligibility requirements.
